JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with hands-on experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including sourcing candidates, onboarding, documentation, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar (office staff) and blue-collar (skilled/unskilled labor) roles.
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and labor supply vendors when needed.
  1. Onboarding & Induction
  • Collect and verify the required documents from new joiners.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation kits.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and coordinate induction training.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files.
  1. HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and assist in monthly payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate renewal of labor cards, visas, medical insurance, etc.
  1. Labor Law Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws (or applicable country laws).
  • Support in handling employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in labor inspections and audits as required.
  1. General HR Support
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and policies.
  • Assist in organising training sessions, employee engagement activities, and welfare programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a main focus on labour law and visa processing and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
