The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner with daily HR tasks and the entire employee lifecycle. This position is crucial for maintaining effective HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (desirable).
  • Strong ability in using MS Office
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain employees’ records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Suggest new initiatives to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and improve employee experience.
  • Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently conduct and coordinate administrative duties.
  • Handle employee relations cases as needed under the supervision of the HR Business Partner.
  • Provide administrative support for HR analytics and reporting as needed.
