SUMMARY

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Gofal Cymru Care Limited. This role is vital in supporting our HR Manager and ensuring that our staff can provide the best possible care to our residents. The position is based in Cardiff and plays a key role in promoting our mission of empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • 5 GCSE Qualifications (Including Maths and English)
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced HR environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexibility to support the team as necessary.
  • Prepared to attend any training as required by the line manager.
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 355

Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training and development programs.
  • Support the management of employee relations cases, including assisting in investigations and preparing documentation.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports as required.
  • Assist managers with behavioural support administration as needed.
  • Support with Behaviour administrative tasks such as data capture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team queries.
  • Review behaviour monitoring forms to identify triggers.
  • Assist the wider corporate team as required.
