Description
What we do CADDi's mission is to “Unleash the potential of the manufacturing” industry. Through our manufacturing AI data platform, CADDi, we support digital transformation and supply chain change management for manufacturers. Building on what we have learned in Japan, we are now expanding into ASEAN as our next growth driver. Why we need you CADDi Thailand is growing as a key hub for our ASEAN business. As the business grows, we want to build a team that handles recruiting, HRBP, and corporate operations together with the person who is passionate for it. This role covers a wide scope with a lot of ownership. You will shape how things get done, not just follow existing systems. We are looking for someone who enjoys a changing environment and has a passion to support CADDi Thailand's growth. What you will do You will handle: HR (50%) General affairs (20 to 30%) Accounting and tax management (20 to 30%) This is not just an admin role. You will support the business from a corporate perspective and play a direct part in building the organization. Main tasks HR Recruiting for open positions (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation) Labor management and compliance under Thai labor law Day to day employee support as an HRBP Onboarding and offboarding Employee engagement activities and internal events management Accounting Accounting and tax affairs (with outsourcing vendor) Basic payment processing and cash management Legal & General affairs Corporate legal affairs (with outsourcing vendor) Office operations Others Expat procedures Handling requests from the Thailand business team Why this role is interesting You have an ownership and bring a real impact on how the company works In a larger company, recruiting, HRBP, general affairs, and accounting support would likely be split across several people. Here, one person owns all of it. That means your decisions and the systems you build directly shape the organization. You will know every employee by name, which will bring more sense of ownership rather than an abstract feeling. You will help build things from scratch rather than follow an existing playbook. You will be at the front line of CADDi's ASEAN growth, supporting the business directly from a corporate role.
