JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting or related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience in HR or accounting
  • Preferably to have full-set accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting software is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and time- management skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

HR DUTIES:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling), onboarding to offboarding, leave & attendance
  • Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/ cancellation/ renewals
  • Maintain employee records and leave tracking.
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensations, etc)
  • Laise with external vendors and government bodies when required
  • Handle all Import/Export documentation (Preparing Commercial Invoice & Packing list), and Shipping Procedures including Shipping Planning and Coordination
  • Coordination with shipping companies/freight forwarders to schedule transport and documentation arrangements
  • Handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permits for Import/export-including of data compilation for invoices
  • Correspondence with Suppliers and Customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
  • Assist in other admin duties when required

ACCOUNT DUTIES:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounting function
  • Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Perform monthly payroll, CPF and IRAS submission, tax filings, and insurance-related matters
  • Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries
