HR Duties

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, insurance, work passes)
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer work pass applications and renewals (WP, S Pass)
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory requirements
  • Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with payroll vendors if needed
  • Handle grievances, warnings, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training and safety course registrations (BCA, bizSAFE, CSOC)
  • Manage leave, attendance, and overtime tracking
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks

Admin Duties

  • Manage office administration and supplies
  • Maintain document control for projects and compliance
  • Liaise with project teams on manpower and operational needs
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for admin-related services
  • Handle claims, renewals, and licenses for the company
