We are also an authorized Training & Test Center for Prometric, Pearson, Certiport (Microsoft Office Specialist) Job Description Manage payroll processing, staff allowances, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS). Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personal files. Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc. Prepare yearly EA Forms and submit Form E for tax purposes. Support management in HR planning and ad-hoc tasks. Qualifications Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role. Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws. Hands-on experience in payroll software and MS Office applications. Proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese (spoken & written) is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and partners.
