Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation processes for site and office staff.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, work passes, and company HR policies.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, office supplies, and scheduling.
  • Assist in training coordination, safety briefings, and staff welfare activities.
  • Liaise with project managers and site supervisors on manpower planning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR/admin experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations, work pass applications, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
