Job Description ;
The Human Resource Cum PA is responsible for managing HR-related functions and PA to MD. This role includes handling recruitment, employee onboarding, and managing daily office operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and efficient administrative support to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave applications.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing company events.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating as necessary to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and office administration.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
