JOB DESCRIPTION
· Analyze and interpret data to develop insightful reports and support decision-making.
· Oversee recruitment, selection, and promotion processes to attract and retain top talent.
· Draft and maintain job descriptions, employment contracts, and terms and conditions of employment.
· Manage payroll operations and employee pension schemes with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, mediation, and addressing issues such as bullying and harassment.
· Plan, prepare, and allocate work assignments in alignment with organizational needs.
· Assess staffing requirements to identify training and development opportunities.
· Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
· Manage front office operations by greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors professionally.
· Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals promptly and courteously.
· Provide administrative support to colleagues, including assistance with courier and mail services.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
