Hours: Mon – Fri – 8am – 4pm/9am - 5pm. 35 hours a week (Hybrid available 2 days a week working from home 3days a week in office – Wednesday must be in office)

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a HR Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills to join our client, a well-known and fast-paced global organisation based in Southampton.
Our client is seeking a keen and motivated individual with knowledge and experience using Power BI and management dashboards to help create coherent data analytics for the HR team.

· Reading and basic analysis of HR related data and converting this via Power BI/ OTBI into a live dashboard on the internal intranet.
· Assisting in the movement of data from a HR inbox to a ticket system for internal employee queries.
· BAU (Business as Usual) HR based Admin tasks
· Filtering out basic HR emails - from employees across all global brands
