DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Data Analyst who will be responsible for all aspects of data reporting for the HR Department. This will include responding to data requests and producing reports and providing in depth analysis of key data metrics, identifying themes and trends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our HR Data Analyst, you will provide comprehensive reporting and analysis across key HR services, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Equality, and Inclusion. You will deliver operational HR and Payroll reports, support reward benchmarking, and manage data submissions for UCEA surveys, Facility Time records, and FOI requests.
Collaborating with IT and Data Insight Teams, you’ll optimise data reporting, maintain data quality and confidentiality, and drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
