Cemex Egypt is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Specialist to join our team.   Position Summary:   We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic HR decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing HR metrics, developing interactive dashboards, and delivering data-driven recommendations across areas. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, advanced reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive informed people strategies.   Key Responsibilities:   Perform end-to-end data analysis, including extraction, cleaning, modeling, and interpretation of HR and workforce datasets. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track HR metrics and trends. Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, and employee demographics. Support Compensation & Benefits analytics, including payroll cost analysis, salary structures, compa-ratio, and merit increase simulations. Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to guide HR decision-making. Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR and workforce datasets. Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.   Qualifications and Requirements:   5–7 years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or a related field. Solid understanding of core data analysis concepts and ability to interpret complex data. Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce data; exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS or payroll systems. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
