Description

Do you want to become part of the Hunter Douglas DREAM?
Hunter Douglas is the global market leader in window coverings, operating across 136 entities over 100 countries.
Hunter Douglas is seeking a ZBB People Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and enhancing the visibility of people-related costs across the EMEA region, supporting the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) transformation at Hunter Douglas.
In this role you will ensure alignment of actuals, budgets, and forecasts while partnering closely with HRBPs to create consistent routines, dashboards, and data-driven insights. This position identifies risks and opportunities, recommends KPIs, and seeks automation opportunities, including AI, for scalable and sustainable people cost management.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on ZBB People performance across EMEA, including key cost drivers (e.g., inflation, merit increases, one-off payments, accruals, new hires, exits and others)
  • Update the People Forecast through regular meetings with HR Business Partners and Division Heads of Finance
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of payroll-related policies across EMEA
  • Support the annual EMEA People Budget process
  • Provide analytical support for compensation reviews and planning with HRBPs
  • Develop visibility tools and dashboards to improve people cost management across functions
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., dashboards, AI applications)
  • Contribute to the expansion of the ZBB People cost model from SG&A into COGS areas (e.g., direct labour, overheads).

Interested in this role? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Degree educated, preferably in Finance, HR, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical background with advanced Excel skills and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Preferred experience with compensation programs, payroll systems, and MBO/bonus/ performance frameworks
  • Exposure to dashboard development tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Experience or interest in automation and AI is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across matrix structures.
  • Resilient, hands-on, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please apply by submitting your resume/CV.
At Hunter Douglas, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence. We offer a supportive environment for professional growth, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a real difference
