In this role you will be the bridge between Finance and HR teams, communicating with stakeholders and assisting the business with monthly, yearly and ad-hoc data analysis, offering valuable insights into people-related metrics. Your playing field: You focus on data analysis, predictive analysis, and data visualization to provide the business with people trends and insights. You help with the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of staff related costs. You will develop, implement and support the improvement of standard reporting dashboards across key stakeholder groups. You assist the business with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports. You ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of data. You provide data analysis of HR & people metrics, focusing on key performance indicators. Qualifications Which skills you should bring to the pitch: Qualification. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics or finance and/or a related field. Experience. You have profound professional work experience in a similar role and an excellent understanding of numbers, data analysis and forecasting - ideally with a focus on workforce planning and/or HR related data. Tech-savvy. You use Excel as an expert and it's your daily business. You're confident in using advanced functions in Excel (i.e. data manipulation, power query, pivot tables and formulas) and you have a strong interest in technology. Any additional experience with tools used for data analysis, reporting, or automation (such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar) is an advantage. Nimble learning mindset. You are comfortable with being challenged and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow. Solution-oriented & hands-on. You handle changing requirements and ad-hoc requests without loosing your focus on the bigger picture. Communication skills. You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with various stakeholders across all seniority levels in a confident and efficient way.
