HR DATA ANALYST (CONTRACT – REMOTE)

Global leader in the Healthcare and Pharmacuetical industry is hiring an HR Data Analyst to support a major people analytics initiative. You’ll help build, test, and maintain reporting views that people leaders can use to better understand and manage their teams. You’ll also troubleshoot issues, support end users, and create job aids or training guides to ensure a smooth rollout.

TOP SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience working with HR, operational, or workforce data
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable supporting internal clients or stakeholders
  • Experience with Visier (preferred but not required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience working with HR or operational data
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with building reports in tools like Visier, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Able to create clear training guides and documentation
    Pay Rate: $34/hour
    Contract Length: 6 months, with potential to extend
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
    Pay: $34.00 per hour
