PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience with analytics in a data warehouse environment and report development.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience with digital development solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint) or MS Fabric tools.
  • Strong coding experience, including HTML, HTML5, Java, DAX, M, and JSON scripting preferred.
  • Experience with data querying languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools including MS Fabric, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in cloud-based data platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with Alteryx or other data preparation, blending, and analysis tools.
  • Experience with editing and managing SharePoint Online resources and sites.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail; driven to work autonomously with requirements in hand.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful information in report or presentation formats.
  • Understands business needs and translates those needs to technical requirements.
  • Builds networks and relationships both internally and externally to participate in collaborative thinking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent flexibility and multi-tasking ability through coordinating work efforts over numerous projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical developer from start to execution for digital solutions, including site builds for the company’s intranet, custom automation, and more.
  • Understand and extract meaning from complex data relationships and develop reports to enable effective use of the resulting information/knowledge.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise when designing and executing digital solutions, ensuring quality through testing and validation of requirements met.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems for current solutions and solutions being developed, solving them and documenting the fixes.
  • Provide training support or guides for the use of new reports and/or tools.
  • Dedicate themselves to constant audit and security of information as well as auditing current processes to identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of HR Digital solutions.
  • Assist with data gathering strategies to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for data gathering to fill gaps in existing models and/or enhance models to drive higher levels of performance throughout the organization.
  • Automate time-consuming reporting using enterprise tools after ensuring solutions meet the business requirements with templates.
