Drive data quality, compliance, and ethical use of HR data while establishing robust governance frameworks that support business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and enforce comprehensive data governance policies and standards at the group level Drive overall HR data strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscape Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish data governance culture across all BUs and regions Provide strategic oversight of data stewardship roles and accountability frameworks Data Architecture Data Architecture Strategy: Help the Function in defining at least 2–3-year strategy for data architecture to set solid foundations for creating impact through reporting, Analytics and supporting AI related used cases. Data Modelling and Reporting: Develop and maintain data models for HR reporting and analytics. This includes support the broader reporting and analytics team in designing and implementing reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the organization. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance HR data management and analytics capabilities. This includes staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field of HR data analytics.
