Description Tri-National, Inc., a fast-growing, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Recruiting Department as HR Data Processor. This position would be direct support to the Director of Recruiting in carrying out the responsibilities of the Recruiting Department and ensuring the company DOT compliance in its day-to-day operations. TNI has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada. Responsibilities: Assist with the Driver on-boarding process, which includes, but not limited to, employment verification's, MVR, background checks, drug and alcohol screens and physicals. Work with Recruiting, Safety and Operations departments in hiring new drivers. Assist with Driver payroll process Maintain Driver files Ensure Driver DOT and HOS compliance Maintain weekly Recruiting reports for management Process incoming employment verification's Answer incoming phone calls Assist with Driver recruiting and other safety requirements as requested Follow up with drivers after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. Oversee the measurement of driver retention and implementation of driver retention programs that improve tenure. Conduct exit interviews with drivers. Lead Retention Initiatives for OTR drivers. Requirements Qualifications/Skills: Highly proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Tenstreet (or similar ATS) and AS400 Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry
