You will be part of the team that drives the use of data & technology across all verticals of the Human Resources function. This role plays an important part in the team implementing new data capabilities as well as their continual development and upkeep to meet the evolving needs of the various HR functions. Journey towards Digital & Data Driven HR Participate in projects to optimize the end-to-end service delivery of processes around people management for better efficiency, productivity and employee experience Exercise custodianship of Human Resource technology across all segments of the Human Resource value chain, in harmonizing these capabilities across the Group towards a unified approach Main Activities Provide hands-on support in maintaining and managing HR systems and data. Be cognizant of internal data governance principles and apply them. Key activities include handling user access and queries, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, workflow automations and system configurations. Handle routine issues independently, consulting the Senior Analyst when needed. For more complex matters, work collaboratively with IT to resolve them. Participating and providing support in the analysis and holistic review of HR processes and related technology solutions. Activities may include projects in the procurement, implementation, enhancement and support of HR technology solutions, such as automation workflows. Understand and solve identified business problems by supporting analysis of HR and related financial data. Key activities include designing analytical solutions by carrying out data exploration and feature engineering in curating datasets for subsequent models and visualizations as part of data storytelling. Provide support in the development, validation, deployment and maintenance of these models and visualizations where required. Proactively participate in the team’s efforts to drive activities that are necessary for the success of internal-customers in the adoption and use of HR technology and analytics. Activities may occasionally include providing training or support the creation of user documentations. Proactively participate in various levels of management and operational reporting. Activities include various monthly, quarterly or annual internal or external reporting. Tertiary education in a relevant discipline 2-3 years of relevant working experience Working-level experience in MS Power Automate and MS Power Apps Experience with various analytical tools and programming languages (eg: SQL, M, R, Python) Prior experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Genuine interest and desire to help stakeholders innovate and maximize the use of their data
