[What the role is] We are seeking an HR Development Intern to support PA officers' professional development through training coordination, engagement sessions, and creating communication materials for scholarship and career initiatives. [What you will be working on] Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programmes for PA officers. This includes liaising with external training providers, managing logistics such as venue bookings and attendance tracking. Assist in organising engagement sessions between high-potential officers or scholars and senior management. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with senior leaders, managing event logistics, and documenting feedback. Develop and execute communication materials for PA scholarship and career development initiatives. This involves creating engaging content for various communication channels including newsletters, intranet portals, and social media platforms, designing promotional materials such as posters, and maintaining up-to-date information on relevant websites and platforms. Provide general administrative support to the HR development team including maintaining accurate records and databases and supporting ad-hoc projects as required.
