Description:

POSITION

Bulgar i, within its Corporate HR Department based in Rome , is looking for an HR Development Specialist who will champion the company’s efforts in sustaining a performance-driven culture.
He/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari.
He/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment & development programs, leadership & soft skills learning programs, engagement & wellbeing projects.
Main Accountabilities:

Support in designing and managing leadership and talent development programs

  • Run assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, Role playing, test & questionnaires, Interviews, leadership, and individual development programs
  • Manage 360 feedback process
  • Manage, consolidate and analyze Exit Interviews & surveys
  • Perform Career Interviews
  • Ensure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system
  • Develop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs
  • Run the Bulgari Learning offer (soft, behavioral and leadership trainings)
  • Schedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.). Guarantee an effective and efficient classroom tutoring and collect trainees’ feedback.
  • Closely monitor Talent/Development KPI’s progress (statistical analysis)
  • Internal survey design, implementation & analysis
  • Construction, monitoring and budget controlling

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Master’s degree
  • Assessment method skills
  • Coaching and counselling skills
  • Evaluations tools and methodologies (Certification to submit personality tests)
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficiency use Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel)
  • Fluency in Italian and English
