• You create certificates, reports and evaluations and ensure complete and legally compliant documentation.
• You will be responsible for personnel management processes related to new hires, departures, transfers, parental leave, long-term illnesses and other personnel-related measures.
• You will provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, as well as with internal and external audits.
• You analyze existing payroll processes, identify optimization potential, and actively participate in their implementation.
