Job Details Job Location: ATOKA, OK 74525 Job Purpose: - The HR Director at ATOKA COUNTY Medical Center will lead the Human Resources department in developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization's goals and enhance employee engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts high-quality candidates. - Oversee employee performance management, including setting objectives, evaluating performance, and providing feedback and development opportunities. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including adherence to labor laws and regulations. - Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction. - Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive positioning and employee retention. - Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues and policies. - Drive talent management and succession planning efforts to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and leadership for future growth. - Collaborate with other departments to address organizational challenges and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
