10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong senior leadership exposure
Proven experience managing HR strategy and end-to-end HR operations
Experience working within a global / multinational organisation
Strong exposure to managing a large and diverse workforce
Experience supporting complex, multi-business or multi-location operations
Strong expertise across HR transformation, workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management and HR governance
Proven ability to partner effectively with C-suite and senior business leadership
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align HR strategy with business growth and transformation
