• Know-how and skills: You possess in-depth expertise in German labor law, employee relations, organizational development, change management and modern HR practices, combined with strong business acumen.
• Nice to have: Experience in the manufacturing industry, engineering, industry or technology-oriented environments, as well as experience with international matrix organizations, would be advantageous.
• Personality: You are an inspiring leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and excels at building trust, engaging stakeholders, and driving change through collaboration.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English and are able to interact effectively with local and international stakeholders at all organizational levels.
