Job Details :

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong senior leadership exposure
• Proven experience managing HR strategy and end-to-end HR operations
• Experience working within a global / multinational organisation
• Strong exposure to managing a large and diverse workforce
• Experience supporting complex, multi-business or multi-location operations
• Strong expertise across HR transformation, workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management and HR governance
• Proven ability to partner effectively with C-suite and senior business leadership
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align HR strategy with business growth and transformation
