YOUR TASKS The China HR Head Electronics serves as the senior HR business leader for a large, complex division, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape, deploy, and sustain the people strategy across all Electronics activities in China. This role drives organizational capability, enables transformation, and ensures strong alignment with global and regional HR priorities. It requires strategic leadership across multiple sites, deep business partnership, and the ability to influence decisions at the enterprise level. Strategic Business Partnership •Act as the trusted HR partner to the China senior leadership team, providing thought leadership and influencing strategic business decisions. •Align local HR strategy with global and Business Group (BG) priorities, ensuring consistency while addressing China specific needs. •Serve as an active member of the Electronics China leadership team, contributing to business planning and long term workforce strategy. Talent, Workforce Planning & Succession •Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right capabilities to meet current and emerging business needs. •Drive the talent management and succession planning agenda across all functional areas. •Oversee leadership development initiatives, including high potential pipelines and capability building programs tailored to Electronics China. •Ensure robust onboarding, development, and retention strategies for key talent segments. Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation •Lead organizational design initiatives to support business growth, efficiency, and scalability. •Drive major transformation programs, including restructuring, capability shifts, and change management. •Strengthen cross functional collaboration and optimize organizational interfaces to support operational excellence. Governance, Compliance & Employee Relations •Oversee HR governance across all Electronics China sites, including compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies. •Manage industrial relations and employee relations topics, ensuring consistency, fairness, and risk mitigation. •Ensure structured HR processes, audit readiness, and robust controls across the HR function. Leadership Enablement & Data Driven Decision Support •Lead, coach, and develop senior HR leaders and site HR managers. •Build HR capability across the country organization, elevating strategic HR partnership skills. •Provide data driven insights and analytics to support business decisions, workforce optimization, and organizational health. Culture, Engagement & Performance •Champion a strong, performance oriented culture aligned with FORVIA/HELLA values. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within large, matrixed multinational organizations. • Strong understanding of the China labor market, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices. • Demonstrated success in leading HR for multi site operations and complex organizational environments. • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, influence strategic decisions, and drive transformation. • Expertise in talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and change management. • Strong analytics capability and comfort working with KPIs, workforce metrics, and business dashboards. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin; multicultural sensitivity and global mindset. • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands on leadership in a fast moving, high growth environment.
