POSITION SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:
The Human Resource Director must have proven ability to lead and direct all functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including HR planning, recruiting and hiring, compensation and benefits, health and safety, labor law compliance and reporting, training and development, employee and labor relations, performance management, and other administrative duties.
