MUST HAVE LEGAL/LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE

Roessel Joy is seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to join a growing law firm as an HR Director. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle—recruiting, onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention—while helping to shape a positive, inclusive culture across the firm. The Director will collaborate closely with firm leadership and department heads to align people strategies with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Senior-level HR or People Ops experience (professional services preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven success in culture-building and organizational development
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
