REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Over 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law, compliance, and best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and values.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage payroll processes, employee welfare, benefits, recruitment, and HR administration.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation in line with employment laws.
  • Address employee relations issues, grievances, and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Oversee branch administration, including office facilities, maintenance, and equipment management.
  • Manage general affairs contracts, costs, and procurement, such as office rental and insurance.
  • Coordinate administration procedures, including stationery orders, visitor management, and mail handling.
