Description:

We are looking for Senior VP of Human Resources with a SHRM Certification and a minimum of 10 years’ HR management experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be experienced in people management, strategic planning, and complex project coordination in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to execute our company’s strategy and drive positive change.
1 . Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee the structure of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract, recruit, and retain qualified job applicants.
3. Develop and oversee comprehensive HR policies and procedures as per company requirements and legal compliance.
4. Lead performance management processes, advising and coaching management on performance evaluation and improvement strategies.
5. Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits program.
6. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required.
7. Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for staff members.
8. Ensure legal compliance, mitigating risk, and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity.
9. Create forecasts for HR expenses such as salaries, benefits, training, etc.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
3. Ten years or more of experience in Human Resources with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
4. Proven experience as Director of HR or senior HR role leading multiple human resource disciplines.
5. Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
6. Proficient in the use of HR software relevant to the role (HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems).
7. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent leadership abilities, with strong communication and people skills.
9. Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
10. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
