Job Description We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR Director to join our organisation in Casablanca, Morocco. As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational excellence. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives Forge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational success Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functions Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent Design and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelines Manage corporate compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Programmes Develop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levels Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring timely and quality execution Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislation Utilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proven track record of 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with experience in managing HR functions of comparable scope and complexity Extensive experience working in multinational environments In-depth knowledge of Moroccan labour laws and regulations Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution Proficiency in HR information systems and analytics tools Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals Experience in change management and organisational development Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is desirable Additional Information We would like to meet Candidates based in Casablanca.
