Job Description We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR Director to join our organisation in Casablanca, Morocco. As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational excellence. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives Forge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational success Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functions Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent Design and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelines Manage corporate compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Programmes Develop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levels Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring timely and quality execution Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislation Utilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisation Qualifications Degree in HR, Law, Management, Finance, or a related field; Proven track record of leading an HR function of comparable scope and complexity. Experience in multinational environments. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
