Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Luray, Virginia. As a Regional HR Manager, you will oversee the enterprise HR teams at Shenandoah National Park in Virgina, Estes Park and Nova Guides in Colorado.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location
  • Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensure they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
