QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in a high-bar, fast-paced startup environment , ideally in the SaaS or AI space .
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore’s labor regulations and employment landscape.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end HR function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Build and execute talent acquisition and development strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent at every stage of growth.
  • Implement innovative and data-driven sourcing strategies to develop a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve organizational design and capabilities to meet current and future needs.
  • Champion and continuously evolve our company culture—fostering a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure a scalable HR infrastructure (processes, systems, policies) that supports both local and global teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and teams on people-related matters.
