QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or similar (Master’s/CIPD preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in oil & gas, marine, engineering, or industrial project environments.
• Deep understanding of Middle East HR practices, labour law, and cultural nuances.
• Proven expertise across all HR domains—resourcing, talent, L&D, ER, reward, and systems.
• Experience leading both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly capable and strategic HR Director to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources for our Offshore Marine business unit in the Middle East. This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a dual focus on strategic direction and hands-on execution.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters—ensuring our organisation remains agile, compliant, and equipped to meet the evolving demands of the oil & gas sector.
