Job Summary: Employee Engagement position is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee experience, and drive performance. The role partners closely with HR, leadership, and business stakeholders both local and regional levels to ensure engagement strategies are aligned with business objectives and company values. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs (surveys, events, campaigns, initiatives) Coordinate employee listening activities, including engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions Analyze engagement data and prepare reports, insights, and presentation materials Support engagement action planning with HR and business teams Assist in culture, recognition, and employee experience initiatives across key employee moments Partner with business stakeholders to support employee‑focused messaging and campaigns Contribute to local and regional or global HR initiatives as required Organize internal communication, recognition, and wellness initiatives Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or people‑related roles Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience with HR dashboards or survey analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations is a plus Experience supporting surveys, HR programs, or employee initiatives is preferred Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus Fluent in Thai and English Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to analyze employee data, identify drivers of engagement, and provide insights Initiative management and execution capability Ability to work across teams in a fast‑paced environment Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint / Excel) Interest in employee experience, culture, and engagement Why Join Us: Opportunity to propose creative ideas and engagement initiatives directly to senior leadership and top management A culture that values new ideas, experimentation, and proactive ownership, regardless of seniority Opportunity to drive organization‑wide impact Exposure to regional or global HR programs Possible career path to HR Business Partner with strong foundation
