About This Role: The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents. Requirements Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services or home care. Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field. Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Responsibilities
