HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST - INITIALLY A 6-MONTH CONTRACT - LIMERICK, IRELAND - €35 - €40 PER HOUR

I am working with an IT company in Limerick that is looking to hire a motivated HR Employee Relations Specialist to join their team. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives, providing comprehensive HR support to employees at all levels, and ensuring a positive and productive working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous HR experience, especially within ER, demonstrating a strong understanding of Irish employment law and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    This is a contract position for 6 months with the likelihood of extending up to 12 months, potentially 2 years, although this is not guaranteed. The position is working hybrid from home as well as their Limerick office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a relatively new and rapidly growing business site.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-cycle HR support to employees and managers, including onboarding performance management, employee relations and offboarding
  • Partner with site lead and hiring managers on the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support the maintenance of accurate HR records and documentation
  • Identify areas for process improvement
