You are the first point of contact and source of information for new and existing colleagues. Furthermore, you deal with topics such as absence management, payroll changes, recruitment & selection, and contract management. Below you will find a selection of your duties:You handle everything related to onboarding and offboarding;You coordinate absence management and are the point of contact for the sick colleague;You manage the employment contracts and any amendments;You coordinate the recruitment & selection process;You conduct the initial (telephone) job interviews;You prepare the payroll changes for the payroll administration;You are responsible for the annual outings and gifts;You arrange the training courses.Together with the Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the entire back office of Young Group, consisting of project and contract administration, human resources, and finance. In addition to your regular duties, we also ask you to assist in developing the various processes and systems within HR and operations. Since its inception in 2008, Young Group has continued to grow steadily. Many of the processes have grown along with this growth, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
