  • Skilled Manpower Recruitment
  • -Understand production and operations requirements as per job openings in HQ & KSA, identify trade-specific skills, source candidates through online platforms, advertisements, recruitment agencies & trade institutes; manage CV screening, interviews, trade tests, offers, joining follow-up, recruitment vendors, and talent pipelines.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
  • -Coordinate employment documentation, medical/EID formalities, induction, worker orientation, contract renewals, document expiry, probation and annual performance reviews, disciplinary records, and exit clearance/cancellation formalities.
  • Worker Relations & Welfare
  • -Act as the first point of contact for skilled worker grievances, demonstrate empathy and sound judgment, coordinate grievance resolution, engagement initiatives, HR/HSE Connect sessions, welfare campaigns, policy communication, and worker disciplinary matters.
  • Attendance & Payroll
  • -Coordinate skilled worker attendance, overtime, leave, comp-off, payroll inputs, and discrepancy checks.
  • Accommodation & Employee Services
  • -Support camp accommodation issue tracking, maintenance, insurance coordination, claims follow-up, and bank-related employee escalations.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • -Support welfare awareness, statutory and client ethical/social audits, HR/Admin governance meetings, SOP improvements, and relevant compliance activities.
  • HR Administration
  • -Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, reports, and documentation while coordinating effectively with Production, Operations, HSE, Administration, Finance, and external stakeholders.
