Description:
Benefits: 7 days annual leave / Year-end bonus / 13th month salary

Location: Near WOODLANDS MRT
Responsibilities:
- Administer monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Handle recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and posting job advertisements
- Manage all work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain employee database and leave records including annual and sick leaveManage workers’ accommodation including check-in and check-out of dormitories, arrange for workers upon arrival in Singapore.

Requirements:
- Responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and maturely complete tasks, competent in handling MOM and BCA investigations
- Diploma in human resource management or equivalent with 3 years of experience
- Familiar with HR regulations in the construction industry and other statutory board regulations, attention to detail, handling of confidential matters with strong professional ethics, skilled in personnel management and negotiation, proactive
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, complete tasks on time, and provide accurate data information promptly, experience with Infotech HRM system preferred.
