JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to oversee all aspects of Human Resources within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, ensuring HR compliance, and contributing to the development of a strong and positive organizational culture.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Bachelor’s degree
✔ 1-3 years of HR experience UAE (Fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge may apply).
✔ Strong understanding of HR functions, and best practices.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & HR software (HRIS, Payroll systems, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
