Key duties handling onboarding/offboarding, maintaining compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting compensation and benefits include sourcing candidates and database management.   Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling database management. Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate the hiring process, including background checks, issuing offer letters, and conducting employee orientation. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping accurate records of personnel files. Compensation and Benefits Support: Assist in processing of compensation and benefits administration. Employee Relations and Engagement: Organize engagement activities to improve employee retention and satisfaction.   Qualifications and Skills Experience: Generally 5 - 7 years of HR experience, with specific experience in recruiting and generalist roles. Below 5 years experience are also welcomed to apply! Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/ATS software, Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and capability to handle confidential information.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Employee retention rates and turnover metrics.
