In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment. Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records Support employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution Assist with training programs and learning initiatives Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination 👤 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of Experience.
