As part of this effort, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting assistance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate HR recordkeeping, system integrity, and support in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
1. Recruitment Support
Schedule and coordinate background checksDraft and maintain job descriptions
Ensure all joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.Support exit processes, such as scheduling exit interviews and managing clearance procedures with different departments
Prepare HR letters such as employment verification and experience letters.Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
