Description
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in line with company policies. Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, shift schedules, late arrivals, absences, leaves, and attendance-related discrepancies. Coordinate with employees, team leads, and management to resolve attendance concerns and ensure timely corrective action where required. Process overtime requests by verifying attendance records, shift details, approvals, and applicable company guidelines. Maintain accurate employee records in HR software and ensure timely updates related to employee information, attendance, shift assignments, and HR documentation. Handle employee issues and concerns professionally by providing timely support, guidance, and escalation where necessary. Assist in managing employee grievances by documenting concerns, coordinating meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting fair resolution processes. Support implementation and usage of HR software, including employee portal management, access coordination, data updates, and troubleshooting basic user concerns. Prepare and maintain HR reports related to attendance, overtime, employee concerns, disciplinary follow-ups, and operational activities. Coordinate training and development programs by maintaining training schedules, participant lists, feedback records, and follow-up documentation. Assist in communicating HR policies, procedures, reminders, and operational updates to employees in a clear and professional manner. Maintain organized HR documentation, employee files, acknowledgment records, and compliance-related tracking sheets. Support employee engagement and workplace discipline initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and maintaining proper documentation. Other duties, as assigned. Requirements Work Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations is required. Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operations, attendance tracking, overtime coordination. Employee grievance handling, HR documentation, HR software handling. Using employee portals, attendance systems, and HR reporting tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask under pressure, meet deadlines effectively.
