Description
Provide support to manage for tracking and updating various MIS such as Oracle workforce planning tool, APAC reports, HC reports, Manpower costing reports to APAC & Finance, Support for Variable Pay Plan working and provide the inputs to Finance team on a monthly basis and ensure smooth and accurate execution of VPP payout. Maintain data accuracy, accountability and speed of response, Work closely with HRS team, provide payroll inputs and support for the accurate payout of the salary, sort out employees queries on a timely basis, Work with Functional leaders and Dept heads and support for manpower planning, budgeting and tracking . Work with Dept heads and support them for identification and execution of Development plan for their team members and Track the progress of the action items. Explore internal and external learning avenues for the development of the Hi pots and critical talents. 1. Maintain and update employee and contingent workforce database of plant and commercial team. 2. Maintain and update HR MIS databases with high accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity. 3. Prepare daily, weekly, and MIS reports for leadership review. 4. Generate periodic and ad-hoc HR reports (MOR report, Oracle workforce planning, PP exercise, Encore report and VPP etc.) 5. Support HR leader in budgeting exercise. 6. Support HR leader in Talent Management exercise. 7. Support for Internal & External Audits 8. Support for hiring and onboarding of new resources 9. Partner with department managers for HR support 10. Support for employee engagement initiatives 11. Support for Maintaining cordial employee relations Education - MBA / MSW HR Experience - 4 to 6 years Hands on experience with respect to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, MIS, IR and etc. Good communication Interpersonal relationship & Influencing skills Basic knowledge in labour laws & Statutory requirements
