We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team and support our continued growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Dubai or the UAE real estate sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
